When you work with Plush Interiors, you can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you like. We do everything from analysing, designing, sourcing, and renovating until your unit is completely ready. You would only need to be present for the handover of keys!
High quality photos are essential to your listing in order to attract guests. For our DIY package, our photographer will come in and you have the freedom of designing your space. For our Basic and Professional package, our photographer will come in and we will stage your apartment (which means decorating, rearranging furniture, ironing the linen, and arranging the lighting) so it looks immaculate!
Choosing your online travel agents (OTAs) can be overwhelming with so many options (Airbnb, Booking.com, agoda, etc.). Our team can set up your listing for one or more OTAs to maximise your tenancy rates. Our team creates your listing by using quality photos together with search engine optimized (SEO) copywriting to make sure your listing stands out.
Getting your apartment rent ready for each and every guest consumes a lot of time and energy, especially if you’re taking in short-term guests. Our team has practiced and perfected preparing everything from the little details such as the check-in manual, labelling of switches, writing instruction for each electrical appliance, and other welcome amenities (we even set-up self-check-in methods such as key in mailboxes or lockboxes if needed) to big details such as cleaning, laundry, and maintenance so that finally, your apartment is ready to welcome guests.
